What Happens On The Day Of Filming?
When You Arrive
When you arrive at Mildenhall Mx, you will sign on and pay your track fee. You will then be required to come to the Action Film Werx office located in the control tower by 8.30am or by 12:00pm for afternoon bookings.
If you are a rider under the age of 16 years old, then we will require the Parents/Guardians permission before the day commences.
Payment (Pre-paid or on the day)
After making payment, corresponding to the filming package you have chosen, Jason will briefly run through some track rules that must be adhered to when filming. This is for our own safety and the safety of other riders using the Mildenhall Track.
Depending on the package you have chosen, Filming will consist of the following...
Rider Interview (before the rider gets dirty)
Bike unloading and placing on a stand
Static shots of the rider and bike (fueling and making adjustments to the bike)
Rider gearing up (Clothing, Boots, Helmet, Gloves. Goggles)
Rider walking to the bike and removing from the stand
Rider walking/riding away
Rider enters track side
Build up shots (multi-angle) before riding the track
Set-Up on track shots consisting of Ultra Slow Motion and fast action
Gopro Helmet Cam
Rider leaves the track
Rider arrives back in the pits
Rider removes helmet
If you selected package two, then add 360 Helmet Cam Filming to the above.
If you selected package three, then add 360 Helmet Cam and Spinner Cam to the above.
Once filming is completed, it will take approximately one to two weeks for your film to be professionally edited up by Jason Kirby.
Your film will be supplied via Social media links as standard (FaceBook/YouTube) and/or USB stick if you chose this method of delivery.
